Choctaw Nursing and Rehabilitation Center currently has rooms available for both skilled and long term care. We have skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services available. Our professional staff strives to reach and maintain the maximum rehabilitation potential for each resident.
We have taken extra measures to keep our residents safe during this pandemic. As such, we have only had one resident who has tested positive during the pandemic and that resident had no symptoms. Choctaw Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 60 bed unit nursing facility with complete access to the resources of the main hospital. Our staff is committed to providing short or long-term care, as well as in and outpatient rehabilitation services.
